What you will do

• Manage global Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets, focusing on Search and Display channels.
• Execute structured testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive performance.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve profitability targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Display), including audience segmentation and retargeting.
• Proven track record of scaling performance marketing based on CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for ad creation, research, and workflow automation.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with GA4 for audience and conversion tracking.
• Fluent verbal and written English skills.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or Mixpanel.
• Background in finance, mathematics, or statistics.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads or native advertising platforms.
• Experience with subscription-based or content-driven product advertising.
