What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through full ownership of sales cycles from discovery to close.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, engaging customers, partners, and marketing.
- Lead virtual teams (presales, partners, deal desk) to deliver wins and superior customer experience.
- Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, handle RFPs, negotiations, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Build stakeholder maps, opportunity plans, and strategies to penetrate top accounts.
- Foster deep territory knowledge including competitors and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Skilled in first engagements, discovery calls, and qualifying prospect needs.
- Proficient in presenting value proposition and competitive positioning.
- Experience leading sales teams collaboratively, acting as quarterback for calls and accountability.
- Strong territory planning, stakeholder engagement across business and technical levels.
- Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and channel management tools proficiency.
- Canada-based (Western Canada), ~50% travel.
