What you will do
- Manage customer health, adoption, and satisfaction for a portfolio of enterprise financial services clients, including global and regional banks.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Execute renewal strategies 6–12 months prior to contract expiry to protect recurring revenue.
- Drive value realization through regular reviews, insights, and success planning.
- Provide training and enablement to maximize platform usage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to act as the voice of the customer and influence product evolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record working with enterprise clients in the financial services sector.
- Experience managing complex renewals and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, preferably within banking.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work arrangement.
