Location: Fully Remote, Midwest based with preferred location Chicago/Detroit. May be required to travel up to 50%.

What you will do

• Create, maintain and develop deep customer relationships to build and maintain valued CxO relationships.
• Drive profitable growth with a consultative approach, lead generation through closure, new scope and value, minimizing erosion in renewals.
• Own account P&L, revenue, profit/loss, growth objectives and ensure account profitability.
• Generate opportunities, expand existing work, build GTM pipeline with partners.
• Demonstrate distinctive expertise, build deep industry expertise to help customers realize value.
• Invest in people development and act as a steward of the company culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end.
• 5+ years of experience running account P&L $10M+.
• Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
• Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
• Midwest based with preferred location Chicago/Detroit; may be required to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail and/or manufacturing industries.
• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Sales experience in technical solutions.
