hirify.global is a leading global analytics software company specializing in Big Data, AI, and credit scoring solutions used by the majority of top US lenders.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a territory of top US mortgage lenders to drive adoption of hirify.global’s direct license program.
  • Promote advanced mortgage analytics including hirify.global Score 10T, Ultrahirify.global, and FSMS.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline within CRM, tracking performance against established KPIs and KPMs.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations to demonstrate ROI and competitive positioning to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue and identify cross-sell/up-sell initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new mortgage originators and monitor initial adoption metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, software, data, and/or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and executive engagement within the mortgage origination ecosystem.
  • Experience driving revenue growth and developing account plans in a matrixed organization.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 35% for partner meetings and industry conferences.

  • Experience managing lender relationships across IMBs, depositories, and credit unions.
