TL;DR

Director, Account Management (Asset Protection Division): Oversight and direction of a direct sales team to drive sales growth of automotive F&I product portfolio in the western region of the U.S. with an accent on acquiring new customer accounts and maintaining existing automotive dealer relationships. Focus on developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring profitable revenue growth through execution and financial reviews.

Location: Remote from western region of the U.S. (must be able to travel up to 75% by air or car)

Salary: $150,000 a year (plus sales incentive plan)

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth by developing your team to acquire new business and cultivate customer relationships year over year.
  • Develop and execute strategies for same-store sales revenue growth and enhance customer experience through insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior personnel in customer accounts.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a productive sales team to build future leaders.
  • Conduct financial reviews with dealership executives monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales leads, analyze interactions, and manage customer projects across departments.
  • Attend state automotive events to promote products and drive brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales management experience required
  • 5-7 years automotive industry experience preferred
  • Must have own vehicle with good driving record and be able to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Proven track record of developing sales results in assigned territory
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized problem-solving approach
