TL;DR

Regional Account Manager (OK) (Automotive): Lead post-installation support, client relationships, and sales revenue generation for digital signage solutions in automotive dealerships with an accent on digital engagement platforms and client retention. Focus on collaborating with dealership principals, optimizing playlists and content, measuring satisfaction, and prospecting new opportunities.

Location: Position based in Oklahoma. FLEX remote from home while traveling to dealership locations in OK and AR. Must reside in the local market.

What you will do

  • Partner with dealer principals and general managers to develop digital signage campaigns aligned with dealership marketing plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, educate on best practices, and optimize playlists based on traffic and demographics.
  • Measure dealer satisfaction, report on retention impacts, and collaborate with production for digital assets.
  • Provide feedback on competitive landscape, act as liaison between internal teams and clients, and launch/train on new products.
  • Inspect equipment, report issues, ensure resolutions, and meet KPIs through effective travel schedules.
  • Prospect new sales opportunities, present products like DealerTV and ABN, schedule presentations, identify upsells, and manage CRM data.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the local market (Oklahoma) with driver's license and good driving record.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years automotive industry experience; 6-8 years outside automotive sales or 5 years successful sales/marketing in automobiles ideal.
  • Account management experience in automotive preferred, with established relationships.
  • Excellent communication, sales skills, time management, and PC proficiency.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within multi-state region (OK, AR).
