What you will do

• Manage and grow revenue targets across a portfolio of approximately 35 strategic national accounts.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, from origination and pricing to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute account plans based on customer supply chains, waste streams, and geographic footprints.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate across regional teams, pricing, and operations to execute complex multi-site deals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk while protecting existing revenue streams.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic accounts, or business development.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience in environmental services, waste, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
