Senior Workday Consultant (HRIS): Lead functional areas, drive scope, definition and delivery of Workday HCM solutions for global customers with an accent on implementation, configuration and optimization. Focus on facilitating workshops, designing solutions, user acceptance testing, end-user training and coaching junior consultants.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands with remote working possibilities and willingness to travel to customer sites

What you will do

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions for global customers.
• Build customer relationships to understand needs and lead functional areas.
• Coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
• Participate in all phases of Workday HCM implementations: Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, Trainer.
• Lead development and optimization of propositions to grow business.

Requirements

• Excellent English & Dutch language skills; French is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management.
• Experience implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions.
• Ability to challenge, design and translate client requirements into Workday configurations.
• Functional experience in workshops, design documents, UAT, end-user training.
• Effective project experience and team leadership.
• Workday Core HCM certification; 5 complete Workday project life cycles as asset.
