Workday Service Delivery Consultant with French

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Act as the primary service contact for one or more Workday client accounts alongside an Account Manager.
• Ensure contractual commitments, deliverable quality, monthly billing, invoice validation, and billing query resolution.
• Qualify, triage, and route incoming client requests, escalating sensitive or complex issues when required.
• Handle Workday configuration, maintenance, and enhancement requests, coordinating specialist consultants for complex functional or technical topics.
• Coordinate client acceptance testing and production migrations, run client committees, and provide activity reporting.
• Identify evolving client needs, promote complementary services, and share knowledge to improve Workday service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Audit, Payroll, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in HR, payroll, or support management, preferably in an HRIS or ERP environment.
• Ability to understand client needs and HR processes and translate them into Workday configuration.
• Basic project management and HR solution deployment knowledge, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Cluj-Napoca office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations, or Workday certifications.
• Experience managing client accounts or leading support streams in a service delivery model.
• Experience analysing requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing Workday solutions.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore or cross-functional teams.
