TL;DR

Head of Sales (AI/SaaS): Take ownership of the sales team, refine and scale the existing sales motion, and drive revenue growth with an accent on team development, pipeline management, and market expansion. Focus on coaching sellers, forecasting revenue, building relationships, and integrating customer feedback into GTM strategy and product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 7000-9000 EUR gross + performance-based commission

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the sales team and improve their performance.
  • Refine and scale the existing sales motion for growth.
  • Own revenue targets, precise forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Develop individual sellers through coaching, accountability, and career paths.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand into new geographies and verticals.
  • Represent customer voice by feeding market insights into GTM and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with COO on revenue strategy and GTM direction.
  • Lead hiring to scale the team beyond 10 people.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years leading a team at a SaaS or AI company
  • Experience inheriting and improving an existing sales motion.
  • Strong people leader focused on developing sellers.
  • AI-native: understand the space, use AI in workflow, speak to technical and business buyers.
  • Existing relationships in target markets to accelerate scaling.
  • Data-driven approach to running sales team.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.
