• Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners including influencers, affiliates, and B2B associates.
• Build and scale a pipeline of international partnerships.
• Conduct internal and external negotiations to secure high-impact deals.
• Nurture existing relationships to increase sales and deepen partnerships.
• Monitor and optimize partner marketing campaigns using data and analytics.
• Report on progress, forecasts, and results to inform business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
• Experience in partnership management, specifically influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical and sales skills with proficiency in CRMs and web analytics tools.
• Perfect spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding team environment.
