TL;DR
B2B Key Account Manager (Wellness Tech): Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners and key accounts, identify and develop new partnership opportunities with an accent on outbound outreach to distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Focus on driving upsell and expansion, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting entry into new markets and channels.
Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, 3 days in office) or fully remote if based elsewhere
Salary: €2,500 – €3,500 gross/month + bonuses based on performance

What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B partners and key accounts
- Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities via outbound outreach
- Act as main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle upsell/expansion
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, marketing, and support teams for smooth onboarding and partner experience
- Track account performance, prepare business reviews, and resolve issues proactively
- Support expansion into new markets and channels
Requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience driving outbound business development or partner acquisition
- Commercial mindset to identify growth opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable in fast-growing, dynamic environments with ownership mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with physical products, hardware devices, distributors, or retail partners
- Background in wellness, consumer tech, healthcare, or hardware industries
- Experience across EU, USA, or AU markets
