TL;DR

Senior Channel Sales Executive (Chemical Management): Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives with an accent on executive-level partner relationships and partner recruitment. Focus on building joint business plans, driving accountability to shared KPIs, and expanding solution mix within the mid-market and enterprise sectors.

Location: Remote (US) or onsite in Chicago, Brea, Austin, or Princeton

Salary: Base $110,000 - $150,000; OTE $165,000 - $225,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships to maximize growth.
  • Build joint business plans (JBP) covering goals, coverage models, enablement, and investment assumptions.
  • Lead quarterly and annual strategic business reviews to drive accountability for shared KPIs such as pipeline and ACV.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor campaigns and solution plays for partner ecosystems.
  • Mentor other Channel Sales Executives on best practices and represent the company as a senior SME at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7–10 years of experience working with channels and alliances.
  • Deep expertise in Chemical Management.
  • Proven success in growing large or complex partners and implementing co-sell/co-market motions.
  • Proficiency with CRM/PRM tools and structured pipeline governance.
  • Must be based in the United States.
