Salary: Base $110,000 - $150,000; OTE $165,000 - $225,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships to maximize growth.
- Build joint business plans (JBP) covering goals, coverage models, enablement, and investment assumptions.
- Lead quarterly and annual strategic business reviews to drive accountability for shared KPIs such as pipeline and ACV.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor campaigns and solution plays for partner ecosystems.
- Mentor other Channel Sales Executives on best practices and represent the company as a senior SME at industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience working with channels and alliances.
- Deep expertise in Chemical Management.
- Proven success in growing large or complex partners and implementing co-sell/co-market motions.
- Proficiency with CRM/PRM tools and structured pipeline governance.
- Must be based in the United States.
