What you will do
- Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints through the entire lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Field Sellers to drive deep customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities using data.
- Document customer complexities, order status, and issue resolutions.
- Improve internal policies and technology to optimize end-to-end value delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
- High School degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid schedule in Commerce, CA.
- Ability to prioritize a sophisticated workload in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce.
