TL;DR

Location: Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office, London

Digital healthcare company building a preventive healthcare ecosystem through specialized clinics like Juniper, Pilot, and Kin.

What you will do

  • Partner with brand leads to analyze marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels.
  • Maintain and scale complex, driver-based financial models bridging P&L targets and operational data.
  • Integrate AI and automation (LLMs, Python scripts) to accelerate reporting and predictive forecasting.
  • Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios and cohort retention profiles to advise on geographic capital allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to develop dynamic, real-time dashboards as the source of truth.
  • Build stress-test models for supply chain shifts, pricing elasticity, and new market entries.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in high-intensity analytical environments (Investment Banking or high-growth companies).
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance foundation in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
  • Experience in D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments.
  • Deep understanding of commercial metrics: CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with essential skills or a strong desire to learn SQL, Python, or Looker/Tableau.
  • Proactive use of AI tools to enhance productivity and synthesize large data sets.
