Senior Financial Analyst Geo Enablement

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst Geo Enablement (FP&A): Support international financial integration efforts within Category Profitability team with an accent on geo-specific financial routines, BGM governance, and full P&L ownership for assigned categories. Focus on building reporting frameworks, conducting in-depth margin analysis, and partnering cross-functionally with international Finance, Geo, and Category teams.

Location: London (Battersea Power Station) Hybrid - typically 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Integrate international financial reporting into Category Profitability framework and consolidate R&O inputs for forecasts.
• Build geo-specific financial routines, review cadences, and reporting templates while expanding BGM governance across markets.
• Prepare and maintain Category P&Ls for assigned Shark & Ninja categories, delivering monthly insights and supporting profitability analysis.
• Conduct geo-level profitability analysis and partner with international teams to improve margin visibility and cost optimization.
• Serve as financial business partner to international Finance, Geo, and Category teams, translating data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to special projects and ensure consistency between domestic and international P&L frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially exceptional Excel modeling.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and communication skills with cross-functional partnership ability.
• Objective-oriented mindset with emphasis on business partnership and handling competing priorities in fast-paced environment.
