Location: US-GA-Remote
Salary: $96,000–$120,000 OTE (base + commission)

What you will do
- Prospect potential clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver customized demos, and address client pain points.
- Build relationships, manage sales cycles, and serve as primary client contact.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with cross-functional team support.
- Maintain CRM records, develop sales pipelines, and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor industry trends and provide sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software sales, preferably SMB/mid-market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Hunter mentality, self-motivated, with strong drive to hit targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and sales tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and manage complex sales cycles
