On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $130,000 (base salary plus commission)

What you will do
- Prospect clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and build client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipeline in CRM, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor industry trends, provide forecasts, and mentor junior Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in software sales, preferably SMB/mid-market; 1+ years in Field Services preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
- Self-motivated hunter mentality; ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
