TL;DR

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 – $130,000 (base salary plus commission)

What you will do

  • Prospect clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and build client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipeline in CRM, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, provide forecasts, and mentor junior Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in software sales, preferably SMB/mid-market; 1+ years in Field Services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated hunter mentality; ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
