Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 USD base + uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop multi-year account plans with expertise in retail compliance, chemical management, and regulations.
• Prioritize retailer and brand owner accounts, build relationships, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead product demos, value discussions, and integrations into customer workflows.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, including proposals and negotiations.
• Drive renewals, adoption, and growth post-sale with Customer Success handoffs.
• Collaborate with account managers, Solution Architects, and experts on complex engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related sales experience
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in software engineering or related field
• Deep knowledge of retail product compliance and assigned software portfolio
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
