TL;DR

Sales Executive, Software - Compliance Data Platforms and DaaS: Support development of multi-year account plans and product strategies for UL Prospector materials intelligence platform with an accent on materials data, compliance insights, supplier discovery, and marketing solutions. Focus on delivering product demonstrations, building customer relationships, managing sales cycles, and driving subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals.

Remote (US only): Chicago IL, Portland OR, Washington D.C., Marietta GA, Latham NY, Durham NC, Brea CA, Austin TX, Princeton NJ

Base salary: $72,000 - $97,000 USD + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Develop multi-year account plans for UL Prospector by providing insights on materials intelligence and customer use cases.
  • Contribute to product strategy by sharing customer feedback, pain points, and industry trends.
  • Prioritize account portfolio, build relationships, and identify opportunities for subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and advise on integration into product development workflows.
  • Act as primary contact throughout sales cycle, communicate value proposition, and close deals under guidance.
  • Collaborate with account managers, solution architects, and implementation teams for opportunity identification and smooth handoffs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in software engineering or related field
  • Relevant technical capabilities in Chemical Compliance and DaaS solutions
  • 2+ years of related sales experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience with ESG space
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
