Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinate new hire logistics, system access, and communications
- Maintain employee records, handle changes like promotions and compensation updates in HRIS
- Administer People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and events
- Manage HR systems, compliance tracking, audits, and support for international employees via EOR
- Partner with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on employee-related processes
- Identify process improvements, create documentation, and build operational scalability
Requirements
- 2–5 years in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or business operations
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed or international teams and EOR platforms
- HR reporting or People analytics
- Process improvement and documentation
