What you will do
- Support annual merit and bonus cycles with scenario modeling, forecasting, budget tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Conduct market benchmarking, maintain job leveling frameworks, and evaluate roles for equity and competitiveness.
- Extract, validate, and analyze compensation data from HRIS platforms like Workday, Rippling; reconcile multi-system data for unified insights.
- Identify trends, pay equity gaps, and financial impacts; develop automated dashboards for decision-making.
- Maintain compensation policies, SOPs, and internal controls; support pay equity reviews and compliance.
- Partner with HRIS and FP&A on data accuracy, system configurations, process optimizations, and workforce analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related analytical roles
- Advanced Excel modeling (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, scenario modeling)
- Expertise in HRIS platforms for data extraction, reporting, and compensation cycles
- Strong data consolidation from multiple systems; experience with merit/bonus programs
- Exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, communication for senior leadership
- High discretion with confidential information
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday, Rippling, ADP, UKG/Ultipro, SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with compensation surveys (Pave, Mercer, Radford, Payscale)
- Partnering with FP&A on budgeting/accruals
- Background in growth-stage or transformation environments
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related
