What you will do

• Own and execute core HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and Paylocity and manage reporting dashboards.
• Perform regular audits to resolve data discrepancies and support ongoing compliance efforts.
• Manage operational aspects of immigration, data reporting, and compliance coordination.
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support daily people operations.
• Execute people-related projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve system workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience with BambooHR and Paylocity.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Workspaces.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
