What you will do

• Lead core People Ops operations across the employee lifecycle, including job changes, departures, and compensation updates.
• Drive compliance and audit readiness by maintaining records and strengthening processes.
• Partner on payroll and time & attendance, resolving issues with Finance and Total Rewards.
• Build and scale Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution.
• Manage People systems, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements.
• Improve the People Ops helpdesk and support team workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in People Ops, HR operations, or similar, ideally in fast-growing environments.
• Workday power user for transactions, reports, and data issues.
• Experience with compliance, audits, payroll, and/or time & attendance systems.
• Systems thinking and process improvement skills.
• High autonomy in ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, Slab/Notion.
