What you will do

  • Build and scale inbound and outbound demand generation engines
  • Develop marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and sales alignment strategies

  • Deliver webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing and business development team

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B demand generation in technology/consulting sector
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, and pipeline reporting
  • Demonstrated success driving qualified lead generation and revenue growth
  • Commercial mindset with ability to analyse ROI and marketing effectiveness
  • Confident leadership with experience influencing senior stakeholders and sales teams
