What you will do

• Build and own the EMEA events calendar, managing everything from strategy to execution and follow-up.
• Partner with the EMEA sales team to ensure high-value account targeting and event presence.
• Execute various event formats, including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events, and community activations.
• Develop and manage the post-event follow-up motion to ensure leads are effectively captured and actioned.
• Track and report on pipeline, ROI, and lead conversion metrics to inform investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B company.
• Proven experience owning events in the EMEA region and adapting to different local markets.
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on driving pipeline numbers.
• Ability to transform one-off events into repeatable, scalable programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and occasionally to the US.
• Must be based in London for full-time on-site work.
