Location: Hybrid work arrangement required (regularly work in hirify.global office, from home, and meeting sites; scheduled office meetings require in-person attendance)

Salary: $129,000 to $174,000

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Sales Architect team, including hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and revenue targets.
  • Qualify prospects via assessments, discovery, and technical evaluations for fit and feasibility.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery of client systems, requirements, and needs; document commitments.
  • Define solution scopes, budgets, presentations, and demos using best practices.
  • Research third-party solutions, provide RFP input, and collaborate with delivery teams on scoping.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of knowledge and relationships to delivery upon contract close.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Industry experience translating to client business process and application solutions
  • Implementation experience: 10+ full life cycle or 5+ years ERP for supported platforms
  • 3+ years success in pre-sales at enterprise software/systems integration firm
  • 2+ years leading and coaching a team
