TL;DR

Senior Partner Solution Advisor (SaaS): Building technical credibility and revenue capability across the partner ecosystem with an accent on joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Focus on designing tailored demonstrations and POCs that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Raleigh, New York City, or Austin, USA)

Salary: $210,000 – $235,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop strategic plans to build partner revenue capability and accelerate hirify.global adoption.
  • Define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies with partner teams.
  • Build and manage trusted technical relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver tailored hirify.global demonstrations and POCs aligned to specific use cases.
  • Enable, train, and motivate partner sales and technical teams as a reliable advisor.
  • Participate in demand generation activities including industry events and partner summits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or partner-facing technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a channel or partner ecosystem (VAR, GSI, ISV, or technology alliance).
  • Proven ability to enable and activate partner sales teams.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering POCs that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to partner and customer sites.
