What you will do

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare benchmarking data, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models.
• Present findings to clients and provide technical accounting support on complex issues.
• Identify inefficiencies through discovery sessions and recommend improvements.
• Lead, coach, and guide staff and senior accountants on accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Recent in-depth experience with federal grant reporting and Uniform Guidance compliance for nonprofits.
• 4–6 years in public or private accounting; 3+ years managing teams.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and project management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or similar software.
