Salary: $92,000–$146,340 per year

What you will do

• Deliver tax, accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and business advisory services.
• Review accounting records and reports, provide analysis, and advise clients on business matters.
• Lead client engagements, improve service processes, and identify internal control issues.
• Build and manage client relationships, resolve issues, and recommend business improvements.
• Delegate work, supervise delivery, manage engagement staffing and billing, and support profitability goals.
• Coach team members and contribute to professional development and business growth.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA, law license, or Enrolled Agent credential.
• Five years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services within a professional services firm.
• Two years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
