Manager, Client Accounting Services - Family Office (Accounting)

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $67,000–$159,920 per year

What you will do

• Oversee client accounting, tax, and advisory services while delivering high-quality client support.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting, benchmarking, and accounting operations.
• Maintain effective controls, improve the accuracy of financial results, and support compliance with the applicable accounting framework.
• Advise clients on business and process improvements using industry knowledge and financial analysis.
• Coordinate workflows across offices and audit and tax functions.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff while promoting teamwork and efficient delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Required experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or Sage Intacct.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• CPA certification and/or an MBA.
• Public accounting experience.
