What you will do
- Convert high-value prospects by communicating value, providing commercial conditions, and collaborating to meet client objectives.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach with 50+ cold calls daily, plus emails and social media to engage potential partners.
- Prospect, research, and qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing fit for the platform.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closing deals.
- Conduct persuasive presentations articulating the value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activities, interactions, and updating lead statuses for pipeline management.
Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience in high-volume outbound roles, managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a record of exceeding quotas.
- Proactive team player who collaborates across departments and adapts to achieve goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially for phone, presentations, and emails.
- Customer service mindset to handle objections and provide positive experiences.
- Strong time management, organization, and tech savviness with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Resilience, drive, coachability, and ability to handle rejection while meeting targets.
