What you will do
- Lead a team of BDMs to consistently meet and exceed acquisition targets.
- Coach team members on outbound outreach strategy, deal progression, and calls.
- Manage team routines including daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s.
- Oversee pipeline development and performance metrics across the sales funnel.
- Drive key deals and unblock challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
- At least 5 years of experience leading direct sales teams, preferably in SaaS or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets.
- Experience scaling teams up to 15+ members.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Fluency in English is required; Greek and Spanish are significant bonuses.
