What you will do

• Own the self-serve roadmap by testing pricing gates, credit-based systems, and payment pathways.
• Define the "Aha!" moment and build in-app checklists and activation triggers to ensure rapid user value.
• Architect the Product Qualified Lead (PQL) hand-off to sales based on high-intent usage signals.
• Implement viral product features, such as team invitations and shared workspaces, to drive bottom-up growth.
• Develop automated, data-driven triggers (email, in-app, Slack) to drive habit formation and expansion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of growth experience within self-service SaaS or developer-first tools.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience using LLMs for cohort analysis and translating raw product data into GTM strategy.
• Strong alignment with the developer persona, prioritizing utility and documentation over traditional marketing.
• Proven ability to independently run experiments and iterate on copy and product flows.
