What you will do

• Drive weekly active user growth: own targets, track progress, and apply data-driven strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Run high-velocity experiments: launch, measure, and scale growth initiatives across the full funnel.
• Build and activate the ecosystem: coordinate hackathons, meetups, workshops, and partnerships with AI/developer tooling companies.
• Work cross-functionally: align with marketing, GTM, and founders on strategy, messaging, and product insights.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of growth experience at a tech company or startup, ideally product-led or developer-first.
• Comfortable with technical products: able to discuss with engineers and understand developer adoption.
• Creative and data-driven: strong instincts backed by metrics, distinguishing signal from vanity.
• Proven partnerships: identify, structure, and execute joint GTM motions for outcomes.
• Scrappy and self-directed: thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly.
