What you will do

  • Generate pipeline through collaboration with marketing, partners, and leadership for inbound and outbound new logo acquisition.
  • Qualify and manage opportunities using hirify.global Selling System and MEDDPICC to drive deals from discovery to close.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including POCs, stakeholder engagement, pricing negotiations, and executive selling.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for new acquisitions and expansions while maximizing lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record in new customer acquisition and/or account expansion, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset to use data for decision-making and performance improvement.
