What you will do

• Design end-to-end technical solutions ensuring scalability and security across Salesforce, Netsuite, and Workday.
• Lead architectural strategy for enterprise-level integration and API management using Mulesoft.
• Architect and govern the implementation of AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Workday AI) for predictive analytics and automation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data flow maps.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable technical designs.
• Mentor junior technical staff on architectural best practices and system complexities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in an architectural role within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Deep architectural knowledge of Salesforce and at least one other major platform (Netsuite or Workday).
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft or a similar iPaaS and API-led connectivity principles.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and architectural principles for AI/ML initiatives in SaaS.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Mulesoft Certified Developer/Architect.
• Experience architecting solutions using native AI features of SaaS platforms or integrating external AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
