TL;DR

Solution Architect (Conversational AI): Designing, building, and implementing advanced Conversational AI solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on scalable architecture and high-performance implementations. Focus on driving complex projects from PoC to full implementation, optimizing AI agent orchestration, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Location: Must be based in the USA and authorized to work without sponsorship. hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days office, 3 days remote.

What you will do

  • Lead complex projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full enterprise-scale implementation.
  • Design and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions using the Cognigy platform.
  • Develop precise technical documentation and resolve high-level technical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape architectural best practices and contribute to product strategies.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops to enable customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for back-end integrations and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of front-end design using HTML and CSS.
  • Strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and communicate concepts effectively.
