Location: Hybrid from home office, ideally based in Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills area, servicing Central California clients with frequent onsite visits and 10-15 overnight travels per quarter.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 a year

• Conduct onsite field audits, deal jacket reviews, and employee trainings to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership managers and management teams.
• Organize efficient client visit schedules and prepare compliance documentation.
• Communicate and implement sales and finance compliance systems.
• Generate referrals and sales leads while promoting relationships with dealer groups and associations.
• Deliver presentations on compliance responsibilities and hirify.global product benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years overseeing advertising, sales, finance & insurance regulations at automotive dealerships; deep knowledge of regulations required.
• Strong communication skills in-person, writing, and phone; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and mobile devices.
• Ability to stay current with legal/regulatory trends and analyze complex issues.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Active driver’s license, reliable transportation, and physical ability for travel and onsite work.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
