What you will do

• Execute buy and sell side diligence engagements within the Corporate Finance practice.
• Perform Quality of Earnings (QofE), financial trend analysis, and working capital trending.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and provide deal structuring insights.
• Construct 3-statement financial models and conduct detailed scenario analyses.
• Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and other high-impact client deliverables.
• Participate in the growth of the practice through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• CFA designation or technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
