What you will do

• Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products for internal and external customers.
• Maintain training content based on system development, regulatory mandates, and payment brand compliance.
• Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultancy for systems and ancillary products.
• Tailor training content to meet specific client needs and assist with simple design projects.
• Collaborate on internal teams to support new product rollouts.
• Provide on-site client support and basic advice on system functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training delivery or subject matter expertise.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in at least two ERPs and three products.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to dissect and transfer complex technical knowledge to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the full training life cycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Proficiency in a second language.
• Relevant training certification.
