Navigator Solution Consultant (Fintech/AI): Leading implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Navigator forecasting tool with an accent on designing and building solutions for RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks. Focus on demonstrating technical and industry expertise to leverage the tool for specific use-cases and ensuring client success.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship and authorized to begin work on first day.

Salary: $74,000 - $93,000 (base salary for CO, CA, NY) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients onto the Navigator tool.
• Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to help clients leverage the tool for their specific use-cases.
• Set, lead, and communicate expectations internally and externally.
• Prioritize and context-switch to complete simultaneous projects.
• Improve processes and tools as the client base expands.
• Serve as subject matter expert on hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Financial Services or Consulting; prior client-facing experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Independent, adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client training via email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python.
• Occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in investment management software implementations.
• Previous experience with project management.
