What you will do

• Act as principal liaison translating customer expectations, processes, and goals into implementation plans
• Conduct detailed business discovery and recommend delivery approaches for value and outcomes
• Execute complex system configurations and partner with stakeholders on implementation and training
• Build trusted advisor relationships, manage risks, escalations, and change management strategies
• Travel to customer sites to lead meetings and presentations as needed
• Maintain expertise in multiple product offerings and end-to-end solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years in software implementation roles
• Post-secondary education in technology field (preferred)
• Consulting experience with workflow analysis and business recommendations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proven project accountability, initiative, and ability to thrive in fast-paced teams
• Quick learner of concepts and technologies; results-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Healthcare market experience preferred
