What you will do

• Inherit and build relationships with client managers and teams across businesses.
• Conduct onsite field audits, deliver employee trainings, and handle regulatory interactions.
• Organize quarterly visit schedules for efficient travel and service delivery.
• Prepare compliance documentation including OSHA logs, EPA IDs, and SPCC plans.
• Develop and monitor accident prevention programs to achieve zero accidents.
• Generate referrals and maintain relationships with dealer groups and associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related preferred; 3+ years EHS experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and public speaking skills for audiences up to 300.
• Strong relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and independent work abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive 4 days/week, travel overnight 2-3 weeks/quarter, lift 20 lbs, stand 6+ hours/day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and mobile apps.
