What you will do

• Serve as a strategic financial advisor for healthcare executives and boards.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and overall engagement profitability.
• Direct engagement teams and mentor consulting staff to improve technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, grant, and industry requirements.
• Identify business development opportunities to expand service offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Proven experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a relevant financial leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to support clients across the United States.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, forecasting methods, and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Primary Care Association (PCA), or Tribal Health Organizations.
• Public accounting experience.
• MSc or MBA degree.
