Location: Hybrid (USA)
Salary: $75,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services programs, including websites, digital advertising, and SEO.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer workstreams with clear scope, timelines, and delivery standards.
- Optimize utilization, capacity, and throughput by building and maintaining operational dashboards.
- Own NPS reporting and trend analysis to translate customer feedback into systemic experience improvements.
- Lead and develop a Professional Services delivery team, coaching members on operational best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure revenue visibility and scope adherence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in Professional Services, Program Management, or Service Delivery.
- Proven people leadership experience managing a delivery team.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and service delivery tooling.
- Must be based in the US or eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and North American focus).
Nice to have
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting digital marketing or SEO-related services.
- Familiarity with NPS programs and retention reporting.
