TL;DR
VP, Center of Excellence (Professional Services): Leading the enablement strategy for internal teams, SI partners, and clients to drive high-quality outcomes across the customer journey with an accent on scaling certification programs and capability development. Focus on evolving the CoE into a strategic, insight-led function and improving delivery effectiveness through structured training and operational excellence.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the Atlanta, GA area, minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Define and own the CoE strategy across internal teams, SI partners, and clients.
- Design and scale certification strategies to improve ecosystem adoption and long-term revenue potential.
- Lead the Learning & Development and Training & Enablement functions, managing a team of 8-10 people.
- Scale structured training and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with ELT and Board members to present strategy, progress, and impact.
- Manage the implementation and evolution of a modern Learning Management System (LMS) and Academy.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience across professional services, delivery excellence, or enablement functions.
- Demonstrated success designing, launching, and scaling certification programs for external stakeholders (Core Requirement).
- Proven experience leading a Center of Excellence or enablement function within an enterprise B2B software environment.
- Must be located in the Atlanta, GA area to support a hybrid working arrangement.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and operate effectively at the ELT and Board level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and PMBOK frameworks.
- Experience with LMS platforms, knowledge management tools (Confluence), and delivery systems (Jira, Microsoft Project, Kantata).
