What you will do

• Own and independently scope multi-quarter, complex initiatives for Digital Native Business (DNB) customers.
• Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to booking targets and consumption goals.
• Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
• Coach and support junior Engagement Managers as a primary resource for complex projects.
• Shape account strategies and lead the sale of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expertise in hirify.global architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50%.
• Proven thought leadership and ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Experience participating in the hiring process to attract top-tier talent.
