Salary: $66,000 – $104,000 per year (Base), OTE $78,000 – $123,000 per year.

What you will do

• Project manage a portfolio of customer implementations to accelerate time-to-value and drive customer retention.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, CSMs, and Account Executives to align on customer goals and deliverables.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers to use the hirify.global platform efficiently.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess business requirements and define success metrics for ROI.
• Take ownership of technical workstreams and act as a bridge between customer engineering teams and internal architects.
• Advocate for customer business use-cases to internal product development teams to shape the platform roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementations or customer success.
• Proven experience in project management and technology implementation.
• Demonstrated interest or experience with SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Analytics, or Programming (HTML).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
